Anton sorted out our problem quickly and took lots of care to check I was happy with his planned solution before he proceeded. He was also extremely tidy and made sure he left the bathroom as he found it. An excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

We have a new dishwasher which needs fitting, with a water intake pipe and a discharge pipe. We already have a washing machine alongside which already has a both pipes fitted. So now we don't have a place to connect either of these two new pipes. We need to pass the new discharge pipe around to the sink, alongside the discharge pipe of the washing machine, through to a new connection under the sink.
We had a fairly small job to do, and I was reluctant to get a plumber involved for fear of paying too much, but Saturn Installations came by and did it quickly and cheaply + Friendly and polite

I have an old Potterton boiler (5000573 I think) and it is not always firing up on the timer. I also have a problem with the timer. this has been damaged and needs looking at. lastly, i have a leaking tap that needs fixing

We need a one-off tidy up of our front (15ft x 50ft) and rear (50ft x 150ft) gardens, followed by a regular monthly maintenance contract.

two isolation valves under kitchen sink have started to leak where they connect to the flexible tap connectors. it looks like they may need replacing or taking apart and sealing properly. Whatever it take to stop the dripping. Water can be turned off to the entire flat so replacement shouldn't be a problem.

I need a radiator fixed to a different wall in a bedroom and the old one moved. I also need a new radiator to replace an old one in the sitting room. I also need a new bathroom heated towel rail on a wall in the bathroom and the old one removed.
Rob was reliable and hard working. I wasn't present when my two radiators were fitted but I am told that he did a really good job. The rads look very nice and are working well. I would definitely call him again for further work.

My kitchen sink is blocked. I have tried removing the U bend and there is no obstruction there. It does flow away but takes about 1 hour. There is no bad smell in the kitchen however

My kitchen sink is blocked. The plunger didn't work, and its a bit of a funny system so I don't have the tools to dismantle and clear out myself!
Punctual, fast, conscientious and un-patronising. I've already asked him to come back and sort out some other stuff!
