The pipes connected to the kitchen sink keep blocking. We have used a one shot solution a few times, a drain snake and a suction plunger and yet the blockage persists. And the plastic piping immediately under the sink is leaking slightly.
Priory wasnt the cheapest but he did what we asked of him. He was thorough, taking the time to make sure everything was fixed and working before leaving. He also provided detailed explanations of what he was doing as and after he did it and advice on how to prevent our plumbing issues in the future. Would use him again.

This is a great firm. Lee and co did a whole bathroom refurb and it looks great. Lee is a really good project leader who works hard to make sure you are satisfied with quality of the work done. He has a very skilled team of workers, who are also very clean and who I felt comfortable leaving in the house alone. Also, everything went through the books - which backs up that feeling of honesty and straightforwardness.

Hi there, We have a wall hung toilet with hidden cistern that has developed a crack so we'd like you to supply and install a replacement (we feel that the supply should be included to make sure the new toilet fits within the current fittings with hopefully minimal disruption to the typing. The current toilet appears to be held in place by two bolts. Cheers David

Pilot light keeps going out. Boiler hasn't had a safety inspection for several years, Potters Boiler.
Very prompt. Fitted in the work around my own work schedule. Good value. He didn't have an hourly rate but a fixed rate for the job so initially I was a little wary. But no need to be. A good plumber that I recommend!

I needed a boiler replacing and approached Shar through Rated People. Shar was great to work with. He was very fair with the price and did a great job in good time. He was very tidy and prompt and I would not hesitate to reccomend him and have taken alot of his cards!

My Worcester Junior 24i has decided to stop working. I need someone to come out tomorrow morning (Sat 4th Aug) as i can't get away from work today. The pressure had gone down and the reset light was flashing and so i re-pressurised it and reset but then the boiler wouldn't re-ignite and the reset button started flashing again.
Charles was great, turned up when he said he would on the Sat morning despite having to drive half way round London due to Olympics road closures. Due to being the weekend there was problem getting parts (and we had guest staying) but he managed to find somewhere open on the Sunday and came back and fixed the boiler.

We are a dental practice and had an inspection by Thames Water. They have recommended some work to be done according to Water Regs 4 treatment rooms have hot water heaters and the discharge pipe is to discharge via type AA air gaps approved flow restrictors to be applied to cold and hot water supplies in 2 sinks and same to hot water supplies to 1 other sink and adjust ball valve in 1 toilet. This has to be done by this Friday so appreciate some help!

I live in a 12 year old property. It seems the initial installation of bathrooms has been done poorly and we have reached the time where we are getting numerous problems with the pipework and bathroom fittings eg flux on the pipes has caused pitting.
