I would like to move two of my radiators. They are both in good condition and only need moving. In the bedroom the radiator needs moving from a side wall to underneath the adjacent wall window. In the living room the radiator is already underneath the window but was not centred properly when it was installed. This would need to move only a few centimetres to the left. The radiators are both the same width but the bedroom radiator is approx 10cm taller than the one currently in the living room. I would like to swap these over in the process. I am having my carpet replaced soon so there is no requirement to relay the carpet and underlay which are covering the floorboards. There might be an additional (not urgent) job in my laundry. I want to extend the hot and cold water supply pipes to the washing machine by about 50cm from their current location to the corner of the room - they are exposed so this would only require adding a longer pipe to both.
Andy did a fantastic job fitting my radiators. He was quick with quoting, turned up early (which was very welcome) and was pleasant to deal with. I got a good price for the job and would not hesitate in recommending him to my friends. I am thinking of using him again when I get around to refitting my kitchen.

Boiler has suddenly stopped igniting. Pressure in the system is OK, boiler attempts to light but gives up after 15-20s and goes into "locked" mode. It's a Potterton Suprima 40.
Richard was reliable and very reasonable for charges. Would highly recommend.

We had a radiator removed and the pipes from under the floorboards shortened with temporary plastic caps on them. We'd now like to seal the pipes permanently and conceal the pipes completly under the floor boards, so the pipes need to be cut lower down. It's preferable that this can be done without removing floorboards.
Extremely prompt reply, lovely plumber and a good quality job. The only thing I'd say is that they were very opaque about the cost of the job. I asked twice on the phone for a quote and again when the guy came to the house but got no further than 'What's your budget?' as an answer. Funnily enough, my 'budget' was the exact amount I was charged. Not exhorbitant but I felt it wasn't entirely honest. That's why I've gone for 4 stars. Swift and good job done though so I'm not complaining too much.

The radiator was leaking at the pipe level. An emergency plumber cam round last sunday to remove radiator and stop leak. I need a new radiator purchased and fitted in the bathroom.

have an upstairs toilet that doesn't flush properly. Looks like is blocked or a potential drainage problem somewhere
Len was excellent, speedy response. Good chat, and a better price than what I was expecting too! As I live in a shared house, it's hard for someone to be in all the time. Len was very flexible in the times he came round. Even 8/9pm at night! Would recommend him to anyone and will be definately in touch should our loo get blocked again!

I have just fitted a shower pump to a gravity fed system and when the supply was turned back on it appears the cold is feeding through but not the hot water. I need someone to come and have a look urgently to check what the problem is and to remedy the problem. personally i believe it may be an airlock but im not sure.
