Install tap(s) and toilet and shower My plumber has been taken ill in the middle of installing an ensuite shower room. All that's left to do is to connect up the shower, wc and washbasin. Pipe work is already in place
Apart from the plasterwork (very good) the service and quality of work were appalling. Among numerous other problems, both Ronny and the builder he recommended insisted my shower head could not be extended beyond 1m 60 because "a previous plumber had installed the diverter valve at the wrong height". In fact I, as a 72-year-old woman with no plumbing experience, had no trouble loosening a couple of screws and extending the telescopic rail to over 2m. A distressing and very expensive experience,
Leaking tap(s) Kitchen tap leaking water slowly which is pooling around the base, assuming it needs a new washer, however its plumbed directly into the copper piping with no isolating ball valves. I could not locate the main stopcock, but I guess there is one.
I'd like the have washer replaced and individual ball valves fitted, so that I could replace the tap in the future if needed. The source of the leak is visible The source of the leak is easily accessible
Andrew is a great find, good communication throughout the process, he arrived on time, expertly repaired the leaking kitchen tap, and saved me installing a new one. Would definitely use again.
*Updated Lead* Changed information:budget Install tap(s) A new tap needs to be installed. Needs two new 15 mm isolating valves, and the old pipes hacksawed off. Pipe work is already in place

Grant was very helpful when our kitchen tap needed changing. He came at short notice, charged very reasonably, and was extremely helpful even when the job turned out to be quite fiddly. Our new tap looks great!
Blocked sink and bath and appliance After water came flooding out of the washing machine this morning, I called the repairman but he said there was a blockage. Now the kitchen sink and bathtub both seem to be blocked as well. I used caustic soda down the kitchen sink but it didn't seem to make a difference. A quite for this job would be wonderful! Thanks!
Vic was great! He was knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. Cleared up our nasty blockage without a hitch. I'd definitely recommend him!
Repair toilet I had a bad experience with a plumbing firm. The first plumber did not do the job properly – he replaced the Torbeck valve but not also a second item (which broke down within days) according to a second plumber. The company failed to locate what was needed and has said it will give me a refund. The item to be repaired is easily accessible
Vic was punctual, explained the problem fully and did the repair. His charge was very reasonable. I strongly recommend Otter's plumbing. Tony
Install 1 x basin, 1 x bath, 1 x extractor fan, 1 x heated towel rail, 1 x shaver socket, 1 x shower cubicle, 1 x tap, 1 x toilet Other services required: tiled flooring, lighting, plastering, wall tiling, wetroom preparation Additional information: We would like a secondary toilet installed downstairs. Plus have separate bathroom and toilet upstairs knocked into one with a wall removed and the doorway moved with installation of a new bathroom suite.
Install tap(s) and toilet and wash basin and shower and appliance I am planning to have a new kitchen and bathroom and I need plumbing sorted. Thanks Pipe work will need to be installed
The tenant has just told me that last night the entire bathwater leaked out. The bath and shower are now out of use so this needs to be fixed urgently.
The source of the leak is not visible

Service gas appliance and issue safety certificate 1 x cooker Additional information: This job is for the living room gas fireplace. The fireplace is relatively new and has worked fine (and passed annual safety checks) for the last five years that I've owned the flat for.
Before christmas Homeserve came to do the annual landlord safety check and decided that this fireplace, for the first time ever, now requires more ventilation to the room. So they disconnected it.
I've now added the ventilation and I need someone to re-connect it. It'd be good to also get a landlord safety certificate for the fireplace and gas boiler in the process.
Blocked toilet Toilet freshener blocked in the toilet
I have a split level flat, ground floor and basement, on the ground floor we have two cast iron radiators. One works however is cool at the bottom and the other doesn't work at all, as winter is coming I'd like both working asap!
When I try to turn the broken one on, one of the valves doesn't turn completely so I guess it's blocked with sludge?
Our boiler's pressure gauge (Ideal Logic) seems to be out of order and our radiators are not properly working. We have 5 radiators, including a bathroom one. Out of those, one is working (the bathroom one), one is getting unevenly warm one is getting barely lukewarm (although the pipe leading to it gets really hot) and two are not working at all. We've already bled the radiators and that has not helped.
I would like to get a quotation for someone to get in and make any repairs needed to both the boiler and the radiators.
Electric shower: thermostat not working (I guess) so water only lukewarm Not sure if it can be fixed - maybe it needs replacing? Either way - I need a plumber!
Gas boiler installation Replace Conventional boiler with Worcester Bosch Combi boiler Install: 2 radiators Additional information: We need a new Combi Boiler fitted into new dormer extension and then the conventional removed all pipework required must be gas safe registered
Can supply Boiler if required
