Button flush on toilet broken. It is a valve system (we think) with a button at the top to press and flush. The button is now broken and not flushing, unsure if entire valve needs replacing or just the button.

I have a few jobs: 1. look at and service a shower valve which is not correctly mixing water. It may need replacing. 2. investigate why my washing machine makes such a bad smell when it is removing water. I have been told it might be that it needs to have a separate trap fit under the sink to stop the smell coming through. 3. I have a chronically slow drain from the bathroom sink and it needs investigating and possibly refitting. 4. I am also interested in getting a quote for fitting a small radiator in the kitchen. Ideally all these jobs would be done by one person but please let me know if you are interested in just some of them. Thanks!
