To shorten blue MDPE (mains water) pipework by around 50cm and re-position the 3-4m of existing copper pipework attached to the MDPE (the mains pipework is within the property boundary). The pipework runs over the top of two Consumer Units, so the re-position will make it run under the Units and horizontally along a wall (i.e. to make things a little safer, and to allow the pipework to be hidden a plasterboard wall). An in-line internal stop tap will need to be fitted in the 3-4m run and the tap should of the type of minimise it projecting out from the wall (i.e. so as to minimise the amount of space the plasterwork needs to sit away from the wall.

I think the problem is a connection or the piping behind the tub as I can't see any obvious damage.
