have two wc's in the flat, the one in the en suite is boxed in but does not flush, suspect it needs the mechanism replaced. The one in the bathroom has a round button flush on the top, one side works fine the second does not seem to have any effect. Again it may need parts replaced.

I have just bought a newly built flat and the washing machine niche in the kitchen is too far from the water/waste pipes. So I have just connected the washing machine hose to the newly fitted waste hose outlet and cold water inlet extensions that came with the flat and it turns out that both are leaking, especially the hose extension. Both seem to be faulty. I would like to get a quote to extend existing pipework so that washing machine can be easily be connected to the pipes with no need of extensions.
