2 jobs:
We need to flush through the radiators in our house, 4 bedroom semi.
Need advice on a new kitchen tap and for it to be installed.
I'm not sure of how much this might cost so budget will depend on the quotes.
Please get in touch asap.
Thank you.
Rashid was in our home from 8.00am-10.30pm. He was so good and kept us informed at every stage of the job. The end result was great and we now have a warm living room, the first time in years. He was also polite, clean and tidy and took pride in his work as he showed us all the muck that he cleared out our system! I have no hesitation in recommending Rashid and would definitely be calling him back in the future if we need a plumber.Kate
Want to replace central heating in 3-bed terrace. Need new boiler and pipework runs under floor to new radiators.
The job was done to a great standard by Chris. Everything was well arranged by Gareth and he was very flexible about changes to the job and payment terms. I'd definitely use again.steve
our toilet needs repair / replacement of its internal plastic fittings. The problems are... 1. It leaks water all the time into the bowl. The 'arm' inside the central tower in the cistern doesnt seem to rest itself anymore. 2. Subsequently the float has become disconnected from the arm and so if we leave the water inflow on - it doesnt't stop until it reaches the overflow. The toliet and cistern itself is about 4 years old from bathstore.com, but i cant find the details fo the model number etc
Excellent service. Responded to the advert within 10 minutes and attended the next morning and completed the job in one quick visit. Very good value! Highly recommended!Sean
i need a section of my garden cleared of rubbish. some of it is bagged, but most isn't. there is some soil and rubble, and old metal furntiure, but it was here when I moved in, and I don't know what other stuff is underneath. its about 5ft square.
Osi was great! completed my garden clearance on the day. Very professional and a really nice guy. Will use again.Eva
I need someone to come and get my garden ready for spring/summer. Grass is a bit over grown and has moss patches. All pots and baskets need new plants or sprucing up
We are buying a property and the surveryor has recommended the following: The hot water is provided by an immersion heater to a hot water storage cylinder or tank in the airing cupboard. However, due to the stored items obscuring my inspection, I cannot comment on the condition of the hot water cylinder. This should therefore be checked prior to legal commitment to purchase
I'm looking for a quote for some repairs to my heating system.
1. Programmer/Pump
The programmer on my central heating/boiler doesn't work with regard to the central heating. It turns the boiler on and off for the hot water OK but the central heating bit doesn't have any effect - the heating doesn't come on at all. This seems to indicate that the likely problem is the pump. This was installed 18/04/2008 by RJ Gas Appliances and worked for a short while and then the boiler kept going out so I stopped using it. When I tried it some time later I couldn't get the heating on at all as described above. The boiler is a Potterton 30,000 BTU Profile boiler installed 04/02/1997. Embarrassingly I just left it and have been using electric heaters for the last several years! I therefore need a price for finding out what the problem is and fixing it, or alternatively a price for finding out what the problem is and then we'll talk about the price for fixing it.
2. Radiator
As you can see from the picture the connection on one of my radiators is badly corroded. The radiator is a steel double panel 1100mm x 600mm in size. Can you give me a price for replacing this on the assumption that there is no cheaper solution.
Price was reasonable, work was done very professionallyDean
The gutter to the front of the house has slightly moved - making it not connect properly with the other guttering and therefore leaks - not a major job
Excellent service - very quick to respond to my initial request, and thereafter quick to come out and solve the problem. Very happy all roundWill
The three way valve that decides what is heated up, the hot water, heating or both needs replacing/fixing.

I live in a Victorian ground floor flat and the roof of the house needs to be repaired. As both properties are leasehold, we are both responsible for the roof (the upstairs flat is owned and rented out by a property management company).
The roof needs a full overhaul job, and that's what I'm looking to get a quote on.
