There is a leak in the supply pipe under our house, somewhere between the boundary wall and the kitchen tap. Looking for someone to identify and fix this for us. If possible, a Thames Water approved plumber as this will prevent them having to come back and inspect the repair. Obviously with as little cost and disruption to us as possible!
Tony replied swiftly to my rated people enquiry, and came round to quote the same day. He fully explained the work and all possible outcomes as it was an underfloor leak and we didn't know exactly where. He and his team came round to do the work on the next convenient day and were prompt and friendly. They showed me what they were doing at each step of the process and were tidy, efficient, and really knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in using Tony again and he is highly recommended from us!

I have a bit of land at the back of my flat which is big enough for a car but is currently extremely overgrown with weeds and a bit of rubbish which I would like cleared and also for the weeds to be sprayed.
Tyrone did a fantastic job. As it was an early morning appointment he didn't disturb me and just got straight to work. Cleared it all up really well for an amazing price as well. Very nice and personable. Thanks again.

The current tap in the bathroom sink has become loose, but has also rusted at its fitting underneath the sink. Have bought a replacement tap, but the old tap needs to be removed and the new tap fitted.

There have been previous leaks from the toilet, which have been repaired and show no signs of leaking, but some water is occasionally seeping from between the lino tiles and it is almost constantly wet underneath them, not sure if some pipe in the bathroom could be leaking to cause this.
Changed mind about quote, did not choose this contractor, no reflection on their service.

Approx 20-25ft. Ladders required. New felt possibly required.
Punctual, reliable and the price quoted was what I paid. Very friendly, willing to answer questions and very hepful. Will be using again next year to maintain my gutters or if I have another job that needs doing before then. Recommended. Thankyou!

We have a standard toilet. Currently the waste pipe comes out at a diagonal into the corner of the room.
We would like to have the toilet moved 90ยบ, fitting into the same waste pipe and the cistern replaced with a high level cistern.
This is the first phase of a full bathroom renovation and an audition for the winning bidder (we've had a few bad experiences in the past). Eventually we would like to have a new sink installed a bath removed and replaced with a shower.

Updated : Gloworm Spacesaver 38 Boiler Original : Boiler not working properly. Gloworm Spacesaver 38 is working perfectly fine apart from the pilot light won't stay on for any long period of time regardless of whether it is on constant or timer. It heats the water and the radiators when it is on but just has problems staying lit. It is old but have not had any other issues with it until now as it is very sturdy. Could it be the thermocoupling ?
