Can't figure out why shower only lukwarm - problem with the mixer?
Greg has been excellent in addressing a problem with a shower tap. He was quick to work, proactive in terms of sending photos of the problem (I was offsite), getting quotes for replacement and then going beyond the call of duty to finish the job off when he thoguht initially it would involve two trips. He called me to talk me through all the steps of the process and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

We have an outside tap which we attach both the sprinkler system to when running and the garden hose. It is dripping very badly.
Had a very small job but this company took it on. Called me within 5 mins of placing job. Came round the following day bang on time and did the job in 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Our water pipes are humming through the night or at low usage times through the day. It's not the typical water hammer banging sound, but a high pitched loud hum/vibration - more like resonance in the pipes. It's loud enough to disrupt sleep at night. We've had Thames Water out who say that the mains pressure to the property seems "high" but within acceptable levels (4 bar). They've not done a pressure test on our taps in the property though. We may need a pressure reducing valve fitting, or a faulty washer replacing. Certainly we need the issue diagnosing properly to find the cause - be it high mains pressure, a customer side leak in the mains, a faulty valve in the system or an airtrap.
Pleasure to use. Communication was good, arrived when they said they would, and most importantly fixed the plumbing problem without any fuss. Would recommend and use again.

We have an issue with the drainage in our bath tub. We noticed that recently the water was very slow to go down following a shower. Yesterday it was a case of the water not moving at all. We think there is a block somewhere in the piping. Would you be able to provide us with an estimated quote of how much it will cost to repair? I look forward to hearing your reply. I need a tradesman to do the following work in my bathroom: - Remove existing sealant and re-seal the whole bathroom. - Remove the old shower screen (just a basic one) and attach a shower curtain. The bathroom is roughly 2.5m by 1.5m so pretty small really?

The shower water does not go down the drain properly. When the washing machine and bathroom sink are turned on, water comes back up the shower. Shower was installed 3 years ago. All pipes were replaced. Problem seems to be with the level of the pipes to the waste pipe. Had it fixed several times in the past (it only lasted for a few months).
