Kevin and his colleague Frankie came round promptly at the time stated. They were both very polite, friendly and professional, getting the job done with minimum fuss or mess. Even took the time out to explain how to run my heating system more efficiently. Would definatley use again. Highly recommend.

I am looking for someone to install an outdoor water tap. We have an existing one which has been fitted with a compression fitting which is prone to leaking. The hole is already drilled in the wall ready. I want a tap plumbing in properly as the pressure is currently not good enough to supply a pressure washer. email contact is best for the next few hours, I will be available to return a call at approx. 10am, 12:30pm, 2pm and then anytime after 4pm. I am on a course for the day but will return calls or emails when I can.

Remove existing fitted double sink unit and taps from existing worktop. Fit new similar stainless steel sink, new taps & plastic waste (all provided by houseowner). Slight enlargement of the opening at the corners in the formica worktop to accommodate the new sinkunit. All existing hot and cold supplies already in position.
Came when he said he would, both to price and do the job itself. Very reasonable price quoted and charged exactly what he quoted despite some additional problems.

Looking for someone to supply and fit a power shower, also need the bath screen fitting (Bath is already in place & fitted)
Would definately reccommend and happily use Brett again myself.Gave very reliable info around what options were best for me,Pointed out issues from a previous plumber which i needed to sort (unrelated to Brett's work) which he advised me how i could sort on my own, so i would definatley trust Brett to offer a fair rate for the work he does. Quality of work is also excellent, with no leaks, looks good etc he also text me a few days after installing my shower/bath screen to check everything was ok

Water leak from twin impeller pump (RSP100) 3 bar model. Possibly need replacement, as it does not shut off properly when tap is turned off. There is clear access to the unit and just a straight swap to anti- vibrations hoses.

Nick was extremely reliable, and very friendly and helpful, sourcing products for us as well as installing them and his services were very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Cistern is broken and needs replacing. We have just had a new water supply connected and the increased pressure seems to be too much for the cistern. Regardless of where the float is water still comes out. Raising the lever attached to the float just slows it rather than stopping it.
I was extremely impressed with the speed of response and quality of the advice and work. I would strongly recommend Building Maintenance 4U.

We currently have a leak from the bathroom (most likely the shower) that has come through the kitchen ceiling causing a bit of damage. The water is currently only dripping at present. We would need the problem finding and repairing, one issue is that the shower and bath are fully tiled so this may mean some re-tiling may be needed.
