Just had some plastering done in one of the bedrooms and discovered it is not drying fully on one wall, have been in attic and there is a leak in the roof. Need an idea of cost of repair.
Came out quickly to deal with the leak, resolved it and at a decent price. Had them back to do some other work done on chimney and roof. Very satisfied with the quality of work done on both jobs.

We have problems with water ingress via our chimneys and so need them re-pointing, re-capping and the lead flashing to be replaced. Also, some of our roof tiles need re-setting (it's a slate roof) some other pointing touching up and the guttering looking at. We have pictures of the chimneys taken from the loft window available to send over to you to give an idea of the work involved.
Responded quickly and carried out the work as soon as the weather permitted. Their opinion on the work required and advice made sense and the quote was favourable & represented value for money. Will definitely use in the future and will happily recommend!

Gutters and down pipes need attention at rear of property, which is an end terrace. Gutters are in an L shape along two walls.
Brendan was top notch. He came, assessed the job and found it to be alot less work than I had anticipated. He unblocked and repaired the gutters there and then and only charged a nominal fee. I will use his company in the future for any other repairs I may need.

We recently had a leak from our upstairs bathroom toilet through the kitchen ceiling. The leak has been fixed but we are now getting a strong odour in the kitchen and we are not sure where it is coming from.

replace 2 new taps (1 basin and 1 sink) both fitted with isolation values, minor replairs to leaking compression joints (need a tightening up). Fit shower mixer to pipes already pumbed. Adjustments (minor) to waste under sink, again minor repairs. Replace rad to one room, heating on to all other rooms following plastering, pipework already in situ. Please note the pipework is new, but the previous plumber did not check his work and I was left with minor leaks from lack of attention to detail. I have lost faith in his work.
