i had no hot water in bathroom - was sorted out very quickly and at a reasonable cost. He was also helpful and explained things clearly. I need my bathroom refurbished and I am conisdering using Zeenish Construction.

Ashford Congregational Church. Flat roof over corridor leaks at and and around skylights. Various attempts at repair have been unsuccessful so probably needs replacing, without the skylights. Joins with facade facing car park, hall wall, extension with fibreglass roof and pitched roof of church office. Images provided on request
Turned up as promised. Was a little remedial work to do after, but was sorted out without any issues. Would use again.

I read the feedback other people have left and can't believe we are talking about the same person. Yes he was polite etc but all 3 jobs he did for us are leaking. Despite several calls and texts he did not remember our job and he has not contacted me or returned calls or phoned when he said he would and so I have had to get another plumber and pay again to have the work corrected. It makes me wonder is something has happened to him as this seems out of character with other ratings

We are looking for a plumber to install a new bolier system but before doing this we would like to change the old lead mains pipe. The waterboard have done their bit so it is matter of digging up next to the path and connecting.

Colin was very reliable and polite. He explained the job and gave information / advice where necessary over and above the job at hand. Would recommend and use Macbuilders again.

I'm not sure
Some water is constantly draining from the cistern into the toilet and hence the cistern is continuously being filled. The cistern appears to be leaking possibly in 2 places and there is also a small leak at the point where the toilet is fixed to the outlet pipe
Quick response to the job when posted. Came to assess the job and explained the problem and solutions clearly. Fixed the problems the next day having obtained the necessary parts. Good value, good quality, puntual and reliable

Updated : Currently the leakage is noticeable during even light rain, in heavy rainfall the amount of leackage is significant. Roof is made of clear plastic sheets c 5 m long. Original : Our conservatory has a flat transparent roof, one of the joints between plastic sheets is leaking severely, this needs to be sealed off, tested, and the wall underneath also tested for caverns.
