"Rich came round and inspected the roof and submitted the quote on time when he said he would. He was very friendly and gave clear comment on what he would do and what materials he would be using. He left me a sample as well and emailed information on the product which was really informative. He arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard with no inconvenience. The cost was very good as well. I have already recommended him to family and friends and will use him again in the future."

"THIS BATHROOM REFURBISHMENT TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE, AND HAS COST ME A GREAT DEAL. FIRSTLY, THE CONTRACTOR NEVER COMPLETED THE WORK, AS DETAILED – HE TOLD ME THE JOB WOULD TAKE TWO WEEKS, BUT IT ENDED UP BEING FOUR - I HAD TO FINISH OF THE WORK MYSELF. AFTER ONE WEEK THE DRAIN WAS BLOCKED - DUE TO BUILDING RESIDUE BEING POURED DOWN THE SINK BY HIM. ALSO HE CUT INTO MY ELECTRIC LIGHT, BECUASE HE COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO WIRE IT CORRECTLY - THE WIRE WAS TOUCHING THE LIGHT WHEN I SWITCHED IT ON AND IT BLEW THE WHOLE LIGHTS UP AND DOWN STAIRS - THE ELECTRICIAN I CALLED IN (FROM RATEDPEOPLE) WHO IS FANTASTIC AT HIS JOB - SAID I WAS LUCKY TO BE ALIVE; HE TOLD ME THE CONTRACTOR CUT INTO THE LIGHT FITTING TO ENSURE THE WIRE COULD FIT,AND WIRED IT UP WITHOUT ADDING SAFTY CROMITS OR AN ISOLATOR SWITCH, SO THE WHOLE OF THE LIGHT FITTING WAS LIVE AND A HAZARD . I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE CONTRACTOR TO COME AND CLEAR THE BLOCKED DRAIN HE CAUSED, BUT THERE IS NO REPLY, AND HE FAILS TO RETURN MY CALLS - I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AS A LAST RESORT. I WISH I PAID MORE ATTENTION TO THE SUBTLE CUSTOMERS REVIEWS PRIOR TO HIRING HIM. I NOW REALISE IT IS IMPORTANT TO GIVE TRUE FEED BACK TO GET THE RIGHT RATED PEOPLE. HOWEVER - ROMAN IS EXCELLENT AT TILING - I CAN NOT FAULT HIM IN THAT AREA, POLITE AND WELL MANNERD . I REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPEND WITH MY JOB."

"Having decided to have the roof work carried out in two weeks or so , speaking to Andre I decided to have him carry out the work right away.I am glad I did act quickly ,the recent week`s bad weather could have increased the leaking areas.
