we have discovered water marks on the ceiling inside our porch and would like someone to have a look at it to determine the problem with a view to repair.
A very quick response from Eclipse Roofing and we were more than happy with the price quoted. So much so that we asked for an additional quote for some guttering work that needed done and we had all the work completed that day. An extra bonus, the work is fully guaranteed. Thanks Steviedavid

I have a drip coming from the under side of a bathroom tap fixing, behind the sink. There is a intermittent drip which is hitting the floor. The tap is a mixer tap, I think it is the cylinder type. This is not a major job, but the drip has created quite a pool of water over time.

Hi,
Looking for a quote to install a new combi / condensing boiler including timer and potentially 2 radiators. Happy to purchase the parts, and pay for labour if this can be done,or will work out cheaper!
Thanks

We need someone to replace a sink and WC in a small downstairs cloakroom (approx 1.3m x 1m). The work will entail boxing in a cistern and some tiling. We would like the floor tiled also, but there is an inspection hatch in the area, which may make things awkward.
The cloakroom was put in about 22 years ago as part of an extension, so all existing plumbing was new at the time. (Everything still functions but the sink is too small and the suite is avocado.) The toilet is situated against an outside wall and there is a ventilation fan but no window.
We have sourced the hardware we would like and are prepared to purchase it and the tiles separately. The sink unit will be floor-standing and may require moving pipes by a couple of inches at most. The toilet is to stay in the same position, so hopefully there will be no major pipework to undertake.
