Room(s) to be in the conversion: 1 x bathroom, 1 x bedroom, 1 x lounge/living room

We are currently in the process of buying a property near Scotton, near Knaresborough and we would like to convert the double garage into a granny flat for my elderly parents. Is that something you could help with? We're looking to start work in mid-March 2014.

As I'm living abroad at the present time, please email.

Thanks.

House renovation, I have drawings. Basically stairs are moving to the opposite side of the house, and create new landing and add false wall in master bedroom. bathroom is down stairs this will be moved up stairs. Bathroom/toilet will be taken out to create a lager kitchen/breakfast room which will need a couple of PVC windows and double patio doors. Also a small down stairs toilet and utility will be added internally. Kitchen to be fitted separately. Take down existing stairs and block off, using this space and the large landing, create a bathroom and extend 3rd box room into a double. All electrical and plumbing will need doing. Decorating not needed. Some steel needs to go in on both floors. So about 6 stud/breeze walls, 3 walls needing dropped, full bathroom, WC, stairs erected which have been sourced. Old stairs taken down and new floor in. All plumbing and full rewire and poss wooden floor through out down stairs
I would like some advice before deciding who will supply fittings/materials
