Bathroom measures 7' by 7.5'. Entire refit including moving all items. Installation of freestanding slipper bath with electric shower over, toilet with high level cistern and sink unit. Old bathroom needs removing and stripping tiles. Radiator needs removing (heated towel rail to replace). Panelling to half height on walls. May need remedial repairs to walls once tiles stripped. Tiling to be done around shower area behind bath. Can possibly source suite which would reduce budget available. All items going in different location to current so will need pipe work etc. If suite supplied as part of job require styles like these bathstore examples -bath style like 'Salisbury slipper bath' (1520 size) with 'grand thermostatic shower valve' over and 'bensham bath shower mixer' plus 'savoy old English unit and inset basin' with 'Bentham basin mixer' plus 'high level wc in chrome' and small heated towel rail such as 'Compton'. Am happy to source myself if preferred. Will not be bathstore as items available cheaper elsewhere-just given here as style examples. Can also provide tiles and panelling if required. All this would reduce overall budget for labour. Looking for work to be completed as soon as is practical.
Peter has done an amazing job. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are the best I have seen from anyone I have had in to do work. The final cost matched the quote, he was punctual, tidy, reliable and friendly. He listened to what I wanted and came up with solutions to each hidden problem the house (which is old) threw at us. I have already booked him for further work and recommended him to family and friends. Best of all, I have a beautiful bathroom :-) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.Liz
Our boiler has stopped working, we need someone to come out and check it asap as our hot water and heating isn't working. We have tried adding more pressure in the system but the boiler still didn't restart.
They came straight away, did a wonderful job and finished the job quickly, would definitely recommend!Jo
David provided a very reasonable quote for a top of the range product. He arrived on time on the day agreed and the work was carried out to a very high standard.
I would have no hesitation in either using David's services again or recommending them to a friend.
Thank you for a first class job.Ian
There is a small leak somewhere inside the wall behind my bath/shower. So I need someone to fix the leak and then repair the wall. the bath and shower are fine, must be a small hole in a pipe, there's no water coming through (as far as i can see...) but the damp patch on the wall needs to be looked at
We are having a new kitchen fitted and as well as needing the work for the sink, washer, new radiator, etc... we are also want to remove a couple of radiators and cap them off as we are also knocking down a couple of walls. Needs to be in around 6-7 weeks for the removal of radiators and then coming back to plumb in sink, new radiator etc.
I would like someone to fit a new bathroom suite. I would like to move the WC to another area of the bathroom if it is possible. I would also like a new radiator/towel rail fitting. There will also be some tiling (need to to discuss this) and a new floor.
Our showert has been cycling through hot and cold for a couple of weeks and is now cycling cold water only.
Plumbed in shower. Shower head keeps dripping. I've replaced washers and checked the connections but this doesn't seem to help.
We have 2/3 radiators in the house that are feeling cold at the bottom, we think these might have sludge in the bottom and would like someone to quote a cost for coming to have a look and fixing these. It's a victorian terrace house, the radiators could be fairly old.
Hi, I need a radiator replacing and a shower screen, which leaks
General bits and bobs inc. fitting radiator and looking at shower temperature.
flashing missing plus capping chimney and other remedial work.
