Unsold Job, Updated Details : I am guessing that the work should come in under £2000 but not sure yet so open to discussion. Original : Flat roof over a conservatory approx 2.5 x 6.5 mtrs. Currently covered in felt and stone chips over a wooden flat roof construction with lead flashing at the back to bond into the house brickwork.. It has now started to leak with this wet summer and autumn and needs repair or replacement. Please provide quotes to complete this job.
Jack was very polite and prompt too. He has done an excellent job on the roof even clearing the remnants of the snow we had off. The old stuff removed was taken away and he left the site spotless. I would definitely use him again if I have another roof job.

I require a roofer to inspect and quote for a repair on a roof. There is a leak into the loft but I am unsure where this is coming from or what has caused the problem. I require a WRITTEN QUOTE for my landlord and you will need roof ladders to inspect the problem. If you are unable/unwilling to go on to the roof to inspect the problem, please do not respond to this job. Approximate budget selected because I have to - I do not know what the scale of the repair will be.

1. Possible blockage in Bathroom / Shower plumbing, which led to water from draining bath coming up in shower/sinks. Either blockage or possibly durgo air admittance problem (ventilation pipe is on roof) 2. The blockage has then cause a failure in the pipe connection shower drain to system. This has been temporarily isolated from system, but needs to be reattached and reconnected. Unfortunately access to the connection will need to be via room below and through MDF/flooring. 3. Although the main bathroom/sink is now isolated and there is no leak from shower, the original blockage appears to be worse and now a bath takes approx 3 hrs to drain. I need a fix for the broken shower connection and a solution to the original blockage.
Oliver was great, responded straight away, able to give a 2hr window to come and did exactly what he said he would / when. Very happy and would use again.

I have a central heating boiler powered by bottled Calor Gas, as the village has no mains gas. I have never had it serviced and now think I should. It also does not seem as efficient as it should be.
