Fix kitchen tap. Cold water won't stop as and the tap just keeps turning when trying to turn it off. Tightened tap screw under cap which helped a bit but not completley. Its a mixer tap and I can send a photo if needed. Might be a repair or replacement. Please quote.

Unsold Job, Updated Details : Having trouble with the out water into bath, although hot water to sink and to shower in same room not affected. The boiler has been serviced and nothing to report from that aspect. Looking for someone to have a look to rectify the problem,be it the pipes as I know the bath is on marginally thicker pipes. Has been suggested that hot water not staying in boiler long enough or there may be a something with pipes themselves, ie: air lock, blocked valve etc. the water pressure is fine. Original : tepid water in bath but hot water elsewhere in apartment, boiler was serviced with no problems

The thermostat on one of our central heating radiators in the bedroom seems to be jammed. The radiator does not heat up at all although the pipes coming up to the thermostat are warm. I think that the radiator needs a new thermostatic valve fitted. I feel that this is a small job.
Dorian came out at the time he said. Was very prompt and knowledgeable. offered advice to stop the problem recurring. Although it was a simple problem and I had to pay a standard call out charge it was worth it to get the work done professionally and quickly. Would use Dorian's services again.

Internal water ingress/dampness to ground floor windows cills, possibly due to driving rain or no DPC. water is leaking into our roofspace. It seems to be coming in where the chimney meets the roof. people who have looked at the problem recently have suggested the water could be coming in due to a gap in the lead at the chimney, decaying felt on the roof or crumbling mortar on the chimney. they have given us their thoughts on what the cause may be but have not been able to say for definite how the water is getting in. The problem seems to be worse when the rain is blown by a southerly wind.
