Our WC has a flush button on the top, and although it is not pushed in the toilet is permanently flushing a small amount. Has been going since last week. The top of the cistern can't be lifted off to fix it.
Colm was excellent - responded immediately, contacted me exact timings and completed the job efficiently and for good value. Would definitely use him again.

Two parts. 1. Repairs: the outlet pipe to a shower tray has worked loose and is now adrift. Needs re-fixing to the shower tray. Prefer a repair (excluding tiling) to a whole new shower tray or unit! 2. Would like a towel rad replaced with a bigger better one. I can supply if preferred.
Very helpful and willing. Only reason for 4 stars on quality is that only time will tell as it was the installation of a replacement shower tray. But it all looks very good. Would recommend.

It is a modern bathroom in which the sink and toilet are tiled into a unit. The toilet has been leaking (this has been stopped), but this has gone undetected (due to the toilet being tiled in) until the damp has spread to the wall. As such the unit has rotted and needs repairing which will also require new tiling and the sink and toilet being taken out and reconnected. We are unsure as to the extent of the damage - it is not clear whether the damp has spread to the flooring and behind the shower.
