Only a small repair job. I have one ridge tile where the mortar has come away.(tile is approximately in the middle of the roof) I need the ridge tile re bedding on mortar. We are on a corner plot so access to the roof is straightforward & easy. I don't have any ladders.

I have Triton T80si electric shower in bathroom (originally installed in 1998). Start / Stop button appears to be inoperative and will not switch off water flow. Also heating of water emerging from shower unit seems impaired. Shower unit may therefore require repair or possiblly rerplacement Timing: ASAP

We have a leaking roof with water pouring into the bedroom whenever it rains. It is so bad that the wallpaper has peeled off the wall and now has drawing pins holding the paper up. It was reported to the insurance company but they have put it down to fair wear and tear. The only thing to let you know is that we had the loft spraysealed 14 years ago and all of the tiles are held in place by the foam. We are at our wits end as we cannot find a roofer willing to do the job because of the foam.
