4 or 5 tiles are loose on my house roof. I require someone to make them secure. the house is only 2 years old and is in Stirling.
AB Roofing contacted me within minutes of my request for a quote. They went out the same morning to give me a quote and as it was heavy rain they carried out the repair there & then. Anthony sent me picture messages of before & after the work was carried out. He also arranged to collect payment at a time that was convenient for me. I found him extremely pleasant & courteous and would have no hesitation using him again.

1. Kitchen mixer tap has come loose and needs tightening 2. New stop-tap required as present one is rather inaccessible 3.External pipes carrying waste water from kitchen sink/dishwasher need replacing

There's a damp patch on my bedroom wall and am wondering if its due to the roof
The guys were very very nice and arrived when they said they would. They sussed out the problem as soon as they looked at roof and they took the time to explain in easy speak what was wrong and what they would need to do to fix it. After the job was done they showed me photos which is brill as you can see exactly what's been done, and a great price as well. Would defiantly use again

We live in a 4 bedroom detached house in Causewayhead, Stirling. We moved in a couple of years ago. The roof looks ok and is watertight but needs a bit of maintenance. We have had it looked at and the following needs doing: 1. Dig out loose pointing and re-point lead work to chimney 2. Strip out approx 6 broken ridge tiles and replace 3. Point existing ridge tiles as required 4. Secure TV cable to the roof 5. Clean out all gutters. This was all looked at at ground level so there might be other odd bits and pieces to attend to.
