Install appliance I have an old fully integrated wash machine, a new one is to be delivered on Thursday 28th February. It is like for like replacement. I need someone to remove old machine and fit new machine in its place, and dispose of old machine. Pipe work is already in place
Most helpful friendly person. Tidy and fastidious. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Apparently the over flow in our bath is not connected so a recent deep bath caused water to flood into our kitchen below as water went down the over flow. We've had one estimate and they have said we do not have an connection. I'd like to get another quote as it seemed high. Thank you
Lovely demeanour, polite. Did a fantastic job fixing our leak and offered helpful advice on repairing the damage caused. Fantastic value for money. I'll use him again.
Repair toilet The toilet is attached to the bathroom wall, but it is loose. When applying pressure to the toilet it moves a bit. So the bonding of the toilet to the wall needs to be repaired. The tiles around this fixing also need to be reglued. Preferably would like to avoid having to retile the whole bathroom as the tiles in other parts of the bathroom are well fixed.
The flat is empty at the moment so it is easily accessible for repairs. The item to be repaired is easily accessible
Excellent work. Angelo was punctual, efficient, quick and clean. I would definitely call on him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends.
Leaking sink and shower There is a visible leak on our living room ceiling from the shower in our bedroom. The shower is in-built but there is a panel I think that can be removed to see underneath. The wet mark only appeared this morning and I heard dripping. Looking to assess costs and then get it fixed as quickly as possible.

Got back to me straight away. Came to view and assess next day. Polite, friendly, efficient and value for money. Managed to sort out the problem quickly. Would definitely recommend.
The immersion heater has stopped working. Happened before about 6 or 7 years ago and needed the heating element replacing. Symptoms are the same this time - blown fuse with a kind of bonging noise from inside the boiler. Also have very low water pressure from the hot tap as it's in a 2nd floor flat in a converted victorian terrace.
Peter was excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, performed the work and within the quote. Will definitely use him again.
I have a leak from my shower that has come through the adjoining wall. I believe it to be caused by faulty grout and silicon sealer but this needs to be verified, so the toilet pan, next to the shower, will need the silicon seal removed so it can be be moved forward to access the panel behind and see what repairs are necessary. The bathroom is internal and 2 years old.
Prompt, pleasant, good value. WilI definitely call again.
the toilet seems to be blocked when there is heavy rain.
Vic responded to my posting very promptly and came out the same day. He did a great job of unblocking the drains, despite it being a bigger job, and taking a lot longer than he anticipated. I have used the big drain cleaning companies before and they have just just used rods for a few minutes before giving up and using chemicals etc and charging fortune. Vic's price was very reasonable, he was very polite, explained situation, cleared up afterwards and follow up call was much appreciated. Would use him again, and recommend to others.
The shower takes a while to start you can use once a day and it's leaking into the flat below.
There is a leak under my boiler, I am unsure of what it is but it only starts when the boiler switches on.

I would like a local tradesman to supply and fit a power-shower into a bathroom of a rented property.
Currently, the shower is a handheld shower from the bath tap. Being on the first floor, the power is very low. I would like to have a wall-mounted power shower to provide greater force and control of water.
I am happy to purchase and have you fit, but I realise that sometimes you can buy at trade prices and include the purchase and fitting as a single job. However, in this case the shower would need to be reputable and well recommended online.
