2 original Victorian cast iron fireplaces to put in. 1 has the 'flap' at the top which closes off the chimney, so opening will need to be enlarged. Will need hearths also. House is Victorian so once had similar fireplaces and open fires have been used constantly, so chimneys are fine.

6 medium sized diamond windows in our end of terrace property built in 1865 - they need to have 'some' glass replaced and the lead/metal restored and repainted. Unsure what it is likely to cost.
