Hi there
I wonder if you can help.
I have a Colt Roto 320 7/8 means of escape window skylight window that has been knocked accidently by my nephew – so now one of the hinges has come away from the securing metal clip on the frame.
The gas struts are straight – but the brown aluminium flashing is bent, and may need replacing. Nothing else is damaged.
Although I am no expert – I would expect that this is a job that could be completed well within 1hr.
I normally work in London, and although short notice would like to know if a) you are able to undertake the repair b) if you are able to give a very rough estimate of cost (although I appreciate it will be hard without seeing the actual window) and c) as I will be working at home on Thursday if you could do it then. I live in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, SL8.

We need to replace c.10 windows and 2 external doors in a converted stable block dated c.1900. The property is not listed. We would like double glazed wooden casement windows painted white in a georgian style. We are also looking into enlarging a set of French Windows in the main sitting room area with either larger french doors or other glazing style. Design options would be appreciated.
We are completing on the property in the next 2 weeks at which point we want to start a complete renovation project which the windows will be integral to.
