We have just moved into a property with double glazing but several panes are 'blown' and therefore misting up inside (maybe six panes in total off the top of my head) and the windows seem to be letting in a bit of a breeze too, I am not sure if they can be e.g. tightened up to stop the draft coming in?
We'd like someone to give us a price for repairing the above; whether we go ahead with the work is price dependent as there are lots of jobs we need done and this is lower down the list!
If you can give an idea of cost by email that would be great, otherwise we're happy for you to come and examine and then quote.
Contact/quote by email preferred in the first instance.

Remove old wooden door and frame and fit new uPVC door and frame-supplied by me.
Silent View Windows contacted me about removing an existing wooden door and frame and fitting a new uPVC door supplied by me.
I was given a very good price to carry out this job and the tradesman Enis Evlat contacted me, arranged a date and time to do the job, and so I was very pleased when he turned up exactly on time and wasted no time in getting down to work. He was very pleasant, fitted the door, cleaned it, and then sealed all the edges both inside and outside with silicon mastic. He swept up and even agreed to take the old door and frame away which saved me a considerable amount of hassle because I don’t have a vehicle big enough to take the door. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing doors and windows fitting.
Enis, as I said above, is a thoroughly nice person who just gets on with the job!!

Just 1 pre-supplided upvc front door and frame to be fitted.
We are extremely pleased with the work done to fit our new front door. It was fitted in a tight location (at the top of an external staircase with limited room) - and in a prevailing northerly wind with snow falling! Work was completely to a very high standard and in very good time. With century-old brickwork crumbling in places, wall was simply made good as necessary and the fitting completed. We will definitely use again whenever the need arises, full marks from us, thanks very much Steven
Conservatory is hexagonal-ish. Approx 10ft across. Sides are wooden + glass construction. Roof mainly comprises triangular plastic sheets which slide into slots, but these are coming adrift, and needs shoring up
Hi i am looking for a tradesman to erect 3876x3180 conservatory (dimensions are in mm) there is no brick work to the base of this unit it is upvc from roof to floor it will stand on part concrete and decking that has been reinforced. I would also like to have a light afixing to a wall in the unit so some knowledge of electrics would help also it would be handy if you could put the blinds up aswell! Thanks!
Well where do I start! Paul is an excellent tradesman very easy to talk to explained everything he was going to do and even gave some good suggestions turned up at the time that he said he would everyday very pleasent manner could'nt come any more highly recommended. Thanks Paul!LUCEEN

Hi,
I am looking to build a conservatory at the back of my house.
House is a semi detached 3 bed house built in the 1920s.
House orientated North, with garden on a hill.
I am looking to build a conservatory, 2.50m X 4.00m as high as possible.
There will be some excavating to do.
There is currently a patio 1.83m width, with a small retainer wall (built with 3 layers of brisblock 220mm width).
Excavation will be for around an other 1.00m width across 4.00/4.30m length, highest point of the ground being 1.10m to 1.20m – a wall will be needed.
We currently have a patio door 1.80m which will seat around the middle of the conservatory and also need a door on right side to access stair to garden.
Not sure on style of the conservatory but I am looking for a simple rectangular shape suitable for year round use. Conservatory will be used as additional space along the dining room with a sofa and couple of cabinets. Floor will be some kind of tiles, we would also like a radiator link to main system.
There is currently a radiator by patio door that can be linked to it.
I am looking for an idea of the cost of the conservatory and the ground work.
