Budget Under £100

Job We have a window in our office that has a damaged hinge and so the window won't close (not good on a cold day like today!) I think it just needs a new hinge, but the original one is pretty rusted and so can't unscrew it. We're not bothered if the window isn't able to open in the future, just want it shut!

Budget I'm not sure

Job I have a UPVC sliding patio door that no longer closes properly since children manhandled the closing device. I need to get it fixed.
