I have a UPVC patio door that has a tilt and slide handle that has broken due to excessive force. The handle now just spins round and will not open the door. Luckily the door is locked.

Simon was very knowledgeable about the issue with my window. He came round after hours, assessed the problem and got hold of the parts and fitted them the following day. Highly recommended, and will definitely use again.

Some of the windows in the house shut and lock but a lot of air and noise can get in due to the seals between the window and the frame not being tight. Also, the front door can be very stiff and has a broken catch, which slips down, making it difficult to open / close. Ideally, I'm looking for a company that could repair these, without having to get new windows / doors fitted.
Did exactly the repairs I needed at a good price. I would use them again.

3-bed end-terrace in Heaton Moor. Currently a mixture of 2 large original (wood-framed) windows, incorporating some stained glass, and the rest of the house with old uPVC which needs replacing. We are looking for hardwood windows, not uPVC if it is affordable.
