"Craig and his colleague turned up when they said they would and were very courteous.. They quoted a fair price for the job but they didn't do the small mortar job which was also discussed in that price and I also thought they were going to do three windows not two. This may have been a misunderstanding by me and the job looks neat and well done but as it hasn't rained heavily since, we can't tell if it's cured this long standing problem yet.. Obviously if it has cured the leak the stars would go up and therefore we would definately employ Craig in the future but ask for a written quotation to prevent any other misunderstanding.. "
