We have recently purchased a 2 bed lower cottage flat (4 in a block), we need the above windows and doors replaced...and soon!
I've contacted a few places and they're hitting me with sky high figures without even seeing the size of the job or asking for measurements...plucking figures out of thin air and hoping for the best I think.
I think these companies want me to spend time chatting and haggling away but I have no time for that.
I'm looking for a decent finish inside and out with decent quality windows too (B-Rated at least). I can gaurantee no messing about from my end and in return I'd expect no messing about from you.

Hi I have a rented flat in Clydebank which needs a repair to a window lock I tried to replace the handle however the lock within the window appears worn! Also I fitted one handle incorrectly and it needs drilled out and refitted. Lastly the prev tenant lost the keys to another window lock which needs removed and replace, their are new handles in the property. I'm looking for a cost for this please. Thanks
