Budget Under £100

Job Hi, I have folding, wooden, patio doors that I have a problem with locking. The key turns fine and locks when the door is open but it is near impossible to turn when closed. I have spoken to the company who made these doors (www.foldingslidingdoor.com) and they believe it needs retowed and heeled. Can someone please fix them for us. Thanks Jon
