"I was very impressed with the process from start to finish. Chris arrived on time to access the job, was very helpful I did not feel pressured into purchasing the windows. Tracey in the office arranged for the survey and took the deposit, it was arranged to suit me and my work times. Even when I wanted to change the day of fitting to a Saturday, Tracey was able to arrange this. Dave and Dan the fitters arrived on time, ensure all surfaces were covered whilst fitting. They had to gain access to my neighbours garden to fit an upstairs landing window. My neighbour stopped me to say how polite they were, the job was completed without fuss even though my old windows were hard to remove. My only comment, which is something to remember. I paid the deposit by credit card no surcharge was charged, but when I went to pay the remaining balance using the same credit card, I was told that there would be a 2.5% surcharge on credit card transactions. I was able to pay by debit card, so it was not a problem, but I think it should be pointed out to customers when they pay the deposit by credit card a surcharge would be levied when paying the outstanding balance. It is a small detail and has not affected my opinion or rating and would use them again when replacing windows."
