Conservatory roof is a bit leaky. Needs to be looked at really to get an idea of job. I'd say there are about 4 slipped panels (leaking in two places) and I can't get to box gutter/ drain pipe to check its clear. I'd say its not the best constructed roof. Has a bit of sealant present. Was like this when we moved in but the slippage has got worst over the year.
