Budget Under £250

Job Our lean to conservatory roof is leaking. This has caused one of the wooden beams supporting it to rot at the point of the leak. The wooden beam will definitely need replacing but unsure of part or all of the roof needs to be replaced. Basically looking for the leak to be stopped and the beam to be replaced. This is for a rental property and the tenant is moving in on 29 June so need the work completed by then. I will be on site the whole day on Tuesday 19th June and suggest this would be a good time to meet for a quote.
