i have a flat that requires two front windows to be replaced due to enormous amount of condensation, would this help?
Gold seal came and gave us a reasonable quote and prepared and fitted the windows in a really short space of time -1week. The fitters worked from morning to night till they were finished, the windows look great and they were very polite. Thank you

Bay window (wooden tilt and turn consisting of three window units and back box room window) requiring sealant removed & replaced, draught seal replaced, new handles put on (cockspur type, I believe); A joiner I have used before suggested he could do this job no problem but he's not available. Price negotiable - joiner rates? Would be willing to pay what is quoted. Original : Wooden tilt and turn windows needing resealed and new handles - red sandstone tenement so quite large windows. Not double glazed.

We have 9 quite large uPVC windows in a first floor tenement flat and would like them to be resealed on the outside and sealed properly on the inside. We also have one window which does not close properly and may require a hinge to be repaired. We are looking for a quote for this.

We do not have a factor in our block of flats, and we have a few sash windows that are broken .... and also some that have no glass. We are looking to get them all fixed.
Gordon was extremely efficient from the start. He supplied me with quotes, drawings and detailed summary report - telling me exactly what the job would entail. I was extremly happy with the standard and speed of the work. The job that he took on was quite tough, but Gordon was honest from the start, dsicussed any on going problems, and we were left with fantastic windows. He is a complete professional and I would use him again and also advise any one else looking for a tradesman to use Majella.
