Neil is an experienced window fitter and runs a very professional company, he fitted 14 windows, a set of French doors and a front door c/w door screen, finished to a high standard and left a clean and tidy finish. Arrived early each day and put down dust sheets in every room, managed to fit 3 windows into bathrooms with tiles round the inside and no damage to them. I would highly recommend him.

The window was damaged by the bad weather. The uPVC Double-glazing window is 100cm * 50cm, side open. The original company is Anglian. The metal tracks of top and bottom are broken and curved by strong wind. So the window cannot close properly. Also, the handle cannot operate the lock properly. Need to replace 2 metal tracks and fix the handle.

existing window size is 32" x 27" for both
Mark gave regular updates on the progress of our order and completed the work to a high standard. He even honoured his original quote when the job turned out to be more complex and required additional work. Would definitely recommend, will be getting Mark to supply quote for a replacement door.

1st floor bathroom window doesn't unlock/open - the square hole that the handles spindle goes into has been worn and is now round so turning the handle/spindle doesn't get any grip to move the rail and so no longer unlocks the window. the window is shut because of this so need to get it opened and then replace the espagnolette lock i think...
