We have a leak in our conservatory which needs to be located and then repaired.
The conservatory was built before we bought the house 6 years ago so we have no idea of its age or who built it.
It is PVC construction with double glazed windows and the leak may possibly be coming in through the side of the conservatory between the original house wall and the edge of the window/roof frame.
As well as seeping behind the plaster wall causing damp patches, there appears to be a creeping of water along the frame seperating the main windows from the small vent windows.
