I have just moved into a third floor flat, which I own and I have singled glazed windows. Unfortunately I cannot change the windows because I don't own the building itself, but they let in a lot of air and water and the condensation is crazy. I would like advice/estimate on how I could improve this. I also think the sealant needs replacing. There are only two windows, a large bay and a double bedroom type one.
Craig was very friendly and I am extremely pleased with the work he completed....

We had windows and a front door fitted a few years back, and some of the windows and doors have never been right. The front door fitting is at a slight angel, the foot plate at the bottom of the front door is loose, some of the window encasements are not flush with the frame meaning cold air comes in - we need someone to come round and look at the issues and let us know what to do to get it sorted out.

Conservatory is an L shaped design with low level brickwork and a pointed glass roof, victorian style. Both the roof and windows require cleaning, the last clean was at least 18 mths ago but the roof is not very dirty. Rough dimensions are as follows:
