I had a couple of problems with the locking mechanism on the door but this was immediately sorted out, with no quibbles or long wait. I found the surveyor to be particularly helpful, and he arranged to replace a door handle that had been scratched with another colour (as I had changed my mind!). My neighbour commented that my new porch looked as if it had been there forever! I would use this company again."
