"Work was carried out to a good standard but two windows are poor qaulity and won't close once opened. Despite numerous emails, phone calls and letters over the last 4 months it has been impossible to contact Barry. No calls are ever returned nor emails or letters responded to. This looks like it will have to become a legal issue. On this basis I could not reccomend this builder."
