"We had supplied and fitted a new upvc front and back door. The choice of doors shown to us allowed us to pick the exact style we wanted, and they were delivered very quickly. Both doors were fitted in the same day and finished to a fantastic standard. Old doors were taken away and everything was cleaned up afterwards leaving us with exactly what we hoped for. I will definatley be using Neil again in the not too distant future and would happily recommend his services to anyone."

"tradesman contacted us several times until order was placed, then it became very difficult to contact him by telephone. He did not answer the telephone most of the time, nor did he return calls to messages left. The written quote was for a window with a trancept as we requested - one opening section. The window he arrived with to install did not have any opening sections, in fact did not have a trancept, only a single pane of glass. However we did go ahead with the installation as by this stage we had been waiting WEEKS for him to actually do the job, during which time he had problems with the supplier, he claimed it was raining and could not do the job - I was at the house it had not rained all day. He cancelled one 8:30am appointment on a Saturday morning, with a text message at 9:52am and when I explained that we were unhappy with this level of service, he was impatient and claimed we were being unreasonable. Obviously after this experience we cannot recommend this tradesman."
