Updated : Sorry, to be clear this is an internal double glazed unit which opens and tilts inward into the room. (The external glazing is a standard sash window). Original : Repair to internal lock on tilt and turn double glazing unit (I think they are called).
I think whole lock mechanism is broken.
Dimensions of window opening approx 180 (H) x 118 cms.
Tilt will not work at all. Window will not close firmly and seal. Handle goes through the vertical when trying to close to about 220 degrees. No brand name on unit.
First class service - highly recommended.

The ropes on a sash window have broken and I need to have this repaired.
