Mark was friendly, helpful and creative in the solutions he proposed for our various interior decoration/repair needs. He and his colleagues did an excellent quality job in all areas (wooden door repair & varnishing, kitchen splashback, new bathroom tiles). My only gripe is that he disappeared from view in the middle of the job and was uncontactable for 2 weeks, not returning calls. As so many contractors seem to do, he took on too much work. But he came back and completed everything to budget. Overall recommended.

Replacement of 4 upstairs windows and 3 downstairs windows (all part of a bay-window) with white, PVC frame, double-glazed windows.
David visited us a couple of times to make sure the work was clear. Excellent job and very good price. All cleaned up and very nice finish including some tricky woodwork to get our shutters back on. Recommend without hesitation!

Updated : By the way - please contact me by email, not by phone. I can't always chat in the office but will respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours. Original : We have 8 wooden sash windows that open (and many more that don't). We need between 2-4 of them draught-proofed as soon as possible as they're in pretty bad condition and the house feels like a fridge. They're about 5ft tall (maybe more) and in a 1900 conversion flat (first floor). We're based in Streatham, near the station, with private off road parking. Would love to hear from a specialist that's able to quote for restoration / draught-proofing as well as potentiall repairing some of the sills that have rotted.

Updated : I already have separate quotes for these jobs, but would prefer to find one builder who could do it all. Original : I was not sure what categories these jobs should go under, I have a few things to do and would prefer one person who could do it all: I need a large bay window renovated and replaced with double glazed sashes, and I have another job to replace a large window with two smaller ones - bricking or boarding up the space around. I would also like to repair and rebuild parts of a garden wall and add a railing between the columns.
