Unsold Job, Updated Details : Pleas note I am a UK landlord currently staying in Hong Kong, so best method of communication is by EMAIL, NOT mobile. (I have a UK bank account etc.)
I WILL BE UNABLE TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS TO THE UK NUMBER. Original : 4 wooden sash windows starting to show signs of wood rotting around window sill base which needs replacing (as starting to leak when there is heavy rain)
Jamie came to repair 4 wooden sash windows and re-attach my toilet cistern to the wall.
Not only did he leave the flat in an absolute mess (wood chippings everywhere, paint dripped onto the radiators, stained carpets), he also managed to leave behind a huge pool of water in the bathroom (not sure how, as the cistern was a simple sealing job) and destroyed one of my bath towels which he had used to carry out the work.
Now trying to rectify his poor work. Get what you pay for...
