We bought a wood door for our new back door deliberately without a sheet of glass as we knew we would have to pay for another one to get the hole for the cat flap. I've been in contact with a glazier for the past month, and was due to get it fitted this weekend. As the glazier would be travelling down from the north the glass broke. We now need to get this done as soon as possible but would like to keep to the same quote - we were due to pay £185 for a single large glass pane (single glazing) with the hole pre-cut for cat flap but could go at the most to £200. Our old door doesn't fit properly either so is letting in lots of cold air, which is the reason for wanting to get this done asap. Needless to say I'm desperate to get this done! Dimensions for the glass required are 57cm across and 171.8cm in height give or take a mm.
Am so grateful! They did a great job and even went above and beyond what I asked for and gave me advice. Even though it was coming up to Christmas and was told by other companies that that time is too busy, they came within three days and did the job very well and fast too! Would definitely use them again!

The lock is broken, i've had a quote to replace the lock which is expensive. I would like a quote for fitting a new door with frame. Measurements are: 72 cm wide x 188 high (the door opening) and the actual current door is 62cm wide x 178 high. It would need to either open outwards with a handle on right, or inwards with a handle on right. Perhaps a verbal offer could be given without seeing it - otherwise i can meet you there to have a look. Postcode: sw8 4ru.
