Previous window and conservatory jobs in Village, Southwark
We need timber windows replacing with UPVC windows in a split level flat (replacements should maintain the look and feel of Victorian windows, particularly the windows that are street-facing).
• 3 Sash Windows (one on 1st floor, two on 2nd floor)
• 2 Dormer Windows (one on 1.5 floor and one on 2nd floor – currently both protrude roof slope and each windows consists of two top hung windows to the front elevation and a reinforced glass roof)
Background info: windows are being replaced as part of flat refurb. Fitting required approx 4 or 5 weeks from now (21 OR 28TH April) to fit in with timetable of flat refurb.
The glass in my sash window has a crack leading from one side too the other. It needs replacing. I do not have the size at the moment but it is about 25 inches by 15 inches, roughly
I would like the UVPC windows and doors on my 3 bed-semi replaced with wooden casement windows with small panes and wooden doors in keeping with the character of my street. The house has 2 bay windows, 8 regular windows and front and back external doors.
Refurbishment and Re-decoration of wooden bay sash windows - the house is early edwardian. Wooden sills will require replacement. I would also like the windows to be draft proofed

One of our wooden sash windows (one out of three that can be opened) has broken; a big chunk of wood has come off due to being rotten, and it looks like it has previously come off and that the previous owners of our house tried to glue it back on. We need a quote of what it would cost to completely replace the window frame, alt. tips of what needs to be done.
2 bay windows, 6 standard sash, painted white and fitted.
