i just had my skylight window changed but it is leaking badly and it does not open, when i tried to open it with a stick, the whole thing moved.
I am really pleased with the job done yesterday on my skylight window. He was able to come in on the same day and actually had it started and completed that same day. I am pleased with his job especially as the work was done previously by someone who installed the window the wrong was round. He was able to get a new window and had it fitted and functional on the same day. I would definitely be using rated people for all my other jobs.

Excellent service and communication throughout. Quote was quick and well laid out showing all the costs we would incur. They were flexible on the day they could do the installation, coming on a Saturday morning. The job was done quickly and efficiently with no disruption to the rest of the room. Everything was done as illustrated in the quote and there were no added costs. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend and we are planning on using them again in the future.

Good day, I need to replace 5 window panels in my 3rd floor flat, SW11 London. Each panel is roughly 800x2100mm. As the frames are rotting. Probably going down the White UPVC window route as timber would just rot again. Supply and installation would be necessary. However, this is going to be a tricky job as the flat is on the 3rd floor of a building, with the large window looking down onto a roof. Scaffolding is therefore not an option. My loft windows are approx 10 years old. Wood, double glazing. Look like sash windows but can be clicked open as well. They have some spiral mechanism at the sides? 4 windows need to be maintained. Draft proof (there are gaps at the window frame) and one spiral mechanism needs looking at. Could you give me an estimate and reduce the draft? Kind regards Svenja
