I need two glass shower screens positioned in place for a walk-in shower. I have the glass panels and the track to fit. Job needs to be done first thing Monday morning.

Replacement of glass in two windows where 'seal' broken. Window frames in perfect condition, however. Original supplier not known, as windows already installed when I purchased the property.
Also most pleasant and co-operative. At no extra cost, undertook a small additional task I have overlooked.

Lower ground floor flat, front window. existing metal frame single glazed unit to be replaced wit wooden frame double glazed unit.
Updated review after rejection: I'm afraid I cannot recommend this company. We have been badly let down by pete. It all started well, they gave us a good quote, when they started the work they would arrive at 6:30am and leave at 6pm. However it all started to go terrible wrong... pete said he could not just re-grout the bathroom as agreed so he suggested to re-do the whole thing. That added another £5000 to our project. pete promised it would all be finished by the time we were meant to move in however that was far from true. I had to move in with my in-laws in Birmingham, with my two babies, for two and a half weeks. Even after all that time the work was still not finished and the windows were not fitted. pete disappeared and I could not get in contact with him for over a month. After that time I still kept trying to get pete to come back and finish the work, he never did. Four months after I last saw them and we had enough. They got a bigger job and are not interested in any other pending small jobs. They kept telling me he could not afford to come back and put the work right even though we had offered to pay an extra £300 to get all finished. We are terrible disappointed with the serviced we received, we lost sleep over this issue, lost money and our flat should have been in the market 3 months ago. This company let us down big time. (there is a lot more to add like quoting to fit our kitchen worktop but when it was time to do it arguing it did not have the tools/expertise to do it and I had to find and pay a builder last minute to fit it. Like our showers don't start when we turn them on, etc). Very disappointed.

Five sash windows in three rooms. The double glazing is jammed on one window, one window is missing a piece of string that makes the window go up and down, a few panes of glass have cracks across them and on all windows, the wood is rotting and needs repainting.
I was pleased with their work.

Harrow Road, W9

Under £8,000
Newly bought ground floor flat currently undergoing extensive renovation. 7 large sash windows (3 in a bay at front, one in bedroom, 2 in living room). The windows are in varying state of repair with several painted shut. all have old thin glass. No evidence of rotten wood. Aim is to re-glaze windows and refurbish as necessary. Security is critically important, so glass must be as robust as possible, and as warm as possible. Realise there is uncertainty in the brief, but we are committed to window refurbishment of some sort as whole flat is currently being renovated and will need windows to be fixed. Timing: ASAP
