Cary was very honest and very friendly and polite, I was told by other tradesman that I needed a complete window frame; He arrived bang on time and told me straight away that all I need was a new locking mechanism for the window that would not open. He arrived on time on the day to do the job and completed the work in ½ hr. would recommend Cary 100% to others.

We need a quote to replace 9no windows and 2no external doors on our 1851 cottage. There is a lot of heat loss from our existing and some of the double glazed units are shot as there is condensation in them.
Nick was great and a very useful person to know as he seems to have contacts in every trade imaginable! We will be contacting him on a regular basis for other work. Oh and the windows and doors installed were top notch. The whole process was painless.

I have just bought a 3 bed terrace house c. 1900s which needs replacement windows. It is in a conservation area so I would like to keep the replacements sympathetic to the age of the property.
I would definitely recommend B&P Building Services. I had a number of windows and a door replaced. I am really pleased with the quality of the windows and door and the standard of the installation. Pete was a very easy person to work with, very reliable always arrived when promised and kept me up to date regarding an installation date. This is a small job, but I couldn't find a better category for it. We have a 'lean to' - a relatively solid building (approx 3 meters by 1.75) on the back of the house with a clear plastic corrugated roof. One of the roof panels is cracked and leaking. Ideally we would like the panel replacing, and flashing re-doing but it may be that the whole roof needs replacing.

Possibly posted in the wrong category. Our cat has ripped the interior window sealant off. We have two large windows, two smaller ones and a patio door. They all need re caulking (a few gaps where plaster has crumbled that will need filling in) Then we need some beading placed over the caulk so the cat can't rip it out again. I'm not sure how to mitre the beading, which is why I haven't attempted it! We are in a new build and are also after the settlement cracks skimming over/filling in Please email not call as I work shifts
