Well, whilst it was a tough decision deciding which tradesmen to use, we definately made the right decision. Mark's quote was the middle of the 3 quotes, a few hundred pounds more than the cheapest, however after quoting us, my wife and I got a felling that this was the sort of person we would be comfortable carrying out this job for us.
What an amazing job it is that Mark and Neil have done, absolutely excellent, I cannot recommend them highly enough in every single way. Every day they were early, yet waited in the van until 8am when they said they would start, whilst working, they barely took a minute for themselves to have a break, they made me tired just watching them work. They are both decent personable people who are easy to get on with and that you would trust in your home. Every day they cleaned up, above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion. The job was finished earlier than they quoted also. The first morning they started was a horrible rainy day yet that did not stop them for one second.
My father has fitted many windows before now and as Dads do, he came round for an inspection and couldn't find any fault, now if he can't find a fault, then I can definately recommend them.
Overall a perfect job, within the alloted timeframe, with the same price that was quoted originally, with 2 nice decent folk, what more can you ask for? I will be recommending them to anyone who is thinking of changing their windows, or any other type of work.
Thanks Mark and Neil for a great job!!!
