My kitchen window isn't closing properly and is leaving a small gap between hinge and the edge of the window. It would appear that the hinge is broken however I require a professional to look at and repair as I live on the top floor of a four storey purpose built.

The wood frames are in fairly good condition. The problem is they are very draughty and noisy, and the windows rattle. In addition they have been painted shut. One of the windows has a cracked pain of glass which will need replacing too. Would prefer if the quote included repainting, but would consider without. There are 5 sash windows. They are all flat, individual ones (ie no bay window). Thanks
Richard did a great job on our windows and was by far the most competitve quote from the various firms we approached. The house is much quieter and warmer as a result! He was very reliable and when running late because of traffic he phoned to let me know. Tidy, and a very nice guy as well. Would thoroughly recommend.
